The Spacer Bender WHS2 processes all common aluminium and warm-edge spacers with outstanding precision. Its integrated heating system enables both cold and warm bending, allowing even brittle spacer profiles to be formed with consistently high bending quality.

The universal self-adjusting bending head eliminates the need for tool changes and automatically accommodates different spacer widths and materials without machine reconfiguration. Intelligent software features, automated processes and extensive connectivity ensure efficient and cost-effective spacer frame production.

The Desiccant Filling Machine CSA2 automatically fills all common metal and hybrid spacer profiles with desiccant. Combining precise dosing, integrated process monitoring and short cycle times, it delivers consistently high quality in insulating glass production.

The automated process combines drilling, filling and sealing of spacer profiles in a single operation. A pressure-assisted conveying system, vibration technology and automatic material feeding ensure reliable, efficient and cost-effective production.
